    • How long will my order take to arrive?
      Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Now we provide Standard shipping for free for all products which takes 5-10 days to delivery. But customers can also choose faster shipping methods for urgent need, which will require extra shipping fee. So if you need faster shipping for your order, just let us know via business@krkcom.com when you expect it to deliver and we will take the rest.

    We promise to send your order within 24 hours (except Sundays and holidays) from the confirmation of your order. If you have chosen to pay by credit card or PayPal, the confirmation of the order will becarried out in real time on our website.

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive the tracking number with an email confirmation of the shipment.

    • Can I track my order?
      Sure. In the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.
